Christopher R. Behrens
Chris Behrens serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of SourceLink, LLC. With over 20 years of domestic and international business experience, Chris fosters a client-centric business model at SourceLink to achieve our mission to be the premier provider of results-driven communication solutions.
Prior to being named President and Chief Executive Officer, Chris served as President from September 2005 to July 2007 and earlier as Chief Operating Officer of SourceLink. In this role, Chris had management responsibility for all of SourceLink’s business locations and led the integration and leveraging of SourceLink’s database marketing, strategy and creative, and technology and production expertise to create and produce communication solutions with a single point of accountability for clients.
Prior to joining SourceLink, Chris served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eTrak (an information services and software solutions provider). Preceding eTrak, Chris was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GE Financial Assurance where he led revenue growth from $350 million to over $900 million. Chris also spent 10 years at Official Airline Guides where he managed the company’s international business for Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Japan, Asia and the Pacific.

Christopher R. Averill
As Chief Financial Officer at SourceLink, Chris Averill brings over 20 years of professional financial experience to work for both SourceLink and our clients.
Prior to SourceLink, Chris worked for ten years with Rexam PLC, the world’s fourth largest packaging company. With Rexam, Chris held a series of progressive financial and business management positions, culminating as Group Vice President of Finance for Rexam Healthcare Flexibles, a global manufacturer and converter of medical packaging that serves the medical supply and device manufacturing markets.
From 1986 – 1994, Chris served as a financial executive in various positions with American National Can Company in the U.S. and European divisions. He began his career in Public Accounting at Oppenheim Appel Dixon and Co. and Harry F. Shea & Co., where he spent six years providing audit and tax services.
Chris received his BA in Accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and he is a CPA.

Richard Fumea
Richard Fumea, Vice President Human Resources, joined SourceLink in 2001 with over 30 years experience in Human Resources. In the last fifteen years, Rick has focused on the direct marketing industry, a special focus and knowledge of our industry that helps Rick bring the best people in the business to SourceLink. As an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Rick has also developed a deep network of resources throughout our business.
Prior to SourceLink, Rick acted as President of his own Human Capital consulting firm, assisting small and midsize venture startup companies with their human capital strategies and infrastructure development. Rick served fourteen years as Vice President Human Resources with GE Financial Assurance, Partnership Marketing Group (formerly The Signature Group) where he managed the overall Human Resources function and served as a member of the Senior Executive Team. Rick started his business career in retail with Montgomery Ward, serving twelve years with progressive human resources responsibilities in the field, district and corporate.
Rick was educated at Atlanta Christian College where he received his BS in Religion and Psychology.

Cindy Randazzo
Cindy Randazzo serves as SourceLink’s Vice President of Marketing. With over 20 years of domestic and international marketing experience, Cindy brings an appreciation for the uniqueness of vertical markets and geographies served by SourceLink. Her marketing philosophy is to create a consistent SourceLink brand experience for our clients and prospects – an experience grounded in our client-centric business model and committed to providing results-driven solutions.
Cindy's experience in the Direct Marketing industry includes corporate and divisional positions at Acxiom, May & Speh and Harte-Hanks. In addition to internal marketing responsibilities, Cindy has also provided database marketing consulting to Fortune 500 organizations across several industries. Cindy’s marketing achievements include Disney’s Excellence in Marketing award for developing and market testing a repositioning strategy for the Disney Channel which was adopted nationally.
Cindy received her BA in Communications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Jim Wisnionski
Jim Wisnionski serves as SourceLink’s Vice President of Information Services. Jim joined SourceLink in January 2007 with over 17 years of experience in information systems and technology. His role includes further integrating advanced technology across all SourceLink locations to support dynamic growth in database marketing, analytics and technical communications.
Jim leverages his work on several IT committees – including the United States Secret Service Information Security committee and the Microsoft Center of Excellence for Performance Metrics – to lead IT initiatives that better support SourceLink clients with their data security and confidentiality needs.
Before joining SourceLink, Jim was a Principle Consultant with Fujitsu, AT&T, where he built and directed global teams to provide integration testing and environment management for a multi-billion dollar media project. Prior to that, Jim worked in the financial sector as a Chief Information Officer at Relational Funding Corp. At Relational, he not only oversaw the development of a fully meshed and scalable network credited with significantly reducing IT costs, he also provided innovation that enabled increased revenues while maintaining operating costs.
Jim received a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership at Roosevelt University in Chicago and studied Applied Computer Science at Northern Illinois University. His awards include the Microsoft Pinnacle award in Business Analytics and the Technology Award for innovation from Equipment Leasing Association.

Dan Jackson
Dan Jackson serves as President of SourceLink South Carolina. With his 20-plus years experience in software, printing, direct mail production and digital imaging, Dan oversees all aspects of SourceLink’s direct marketing solutions, including a team that has created innovative analytics, such as SMART® modeling. Today, Dan continues to directly manage many SourceLink offerings, including statement processing, data modeling, data processing, on-demand variable printing and other personalized communications.
Prior to joining SourceLink, Dan was an owner of LaserPrint, Inc., where he served as President until 1998 when LaserPrint merged with Collins Mail Service and joined SourceLink. Before LaserPrint, Dan worked for ten years in the software industry.
Dan earned a BS in Business and Marketing from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Don Landrum
Don Landrum serves as President of SourceLink Mississippi. Don’s 24 years of experience in direct marketing and his leadership and innovation with SourceLink’s banking products and services have helped make SourceLink one of the fastest growing companies in the Direct Marketing industry. At SourceLink Madison, Don pioneered our industry-leading variable print on-demand offering – SourceLink Direct® and other direct marketing solutions. Don continues to work closely with SourceLink’s national clients in financial services and other industries.
Prior to joining SourceLink, Don was co-founder of Direct Mail and Computer Services, Inc. (DMCS). Recognized as a “best of class” direct marketing company, DMCS was acquired by SourceLink in 1997 and Don became President of SourceLink Madison. Prior to founding DMCS, he served at AT&T as an Account Executive and focused on database marketing.
Don graduated from Mississippi State University with a BA in Business and Industry. He also earned his MBA from Mississippi State.

Craig Morgan
Craig Morgan serves as General Manager of SourceLink Ohio where he provides strong client-focused leadership and years of results-oriented experience in logistics, direct marketing services and production. At SourceLink, Craig leads one of the nation’s largest and most sophisticated direct marketing and critical customer communication operations (statement processing).
Prior to joining SourceLink, Craig served several years as Vice President and General Manager of the West Coast Division of Transcontinental Direct, one the nation’s largest full-service print and targeted direct mail marketing companies. Earlier, Craig spent five years with ADVO, the last two years as Vice President of Operations, Central Region. In the five previous years, Craig served as Director of Logistics for On Target Media. Craig began his career with Federal Express where he rose through a succession of positions, starting as a Project Engineer and ending his work there as Senior Manager, Service and Industrial Engineering.
Craig was educated at Lakeland Community College, Kirkland, Ohio, where he earned an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology.

Scott L. Hilchey
Scott L. Hilchey is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for SourceLink Los Angeles. With over 18 years of professional services experience, Scott brings a depth of knowledge and skill to our business as an advocate for best practices in CRM, loyalty initiatives and optimized marketing communications programs and systems. Leveraging his vertical market expertise in Automotive, Hospitality and Technology, Scott serves key SourceLink client relationships with innovative business strategy, technology solutions and creative communications programs.
Prior to SourceLink, Scott held executive posts with a variety of prominent professional services firms. Serving as a Vice President at Agency.com, he worked to integrate services of their 500 person pan-European business. Earlier, as Chief Consultant at Razorfish, Scott advised corporate clients on new technology integration. At Epsilon Data Management, Scott led Business Development for American Express’ retail database marketing system.
With a passion for enabling marketing best practices through the confluence of technology, business strategy and creative communications, Scott has assisted numerous clients launch into new markets, expand product lines, institute CRM and attain loyalty objectives.
Scott is an honors graduate of Boston University.
